Customized Products

Since most of our products are personalized or custom-made:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Minor color or size variations may occur due to printing processes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos
  • Eligible cases may receive replacement or refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customer-approved design errors
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Change of mind after production begins

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
